When it comes to using a growth mindset to lead change, Change Leaders conciously take on the role of a formal or informal mentor. After you have watched the video, take a few minutes to reflect on what an ideal change leader looks like for you. You can use your workbook page 4 to take notes and draw symbols on the canvas. Ask yourself what qualities your ideal change leader would need to role-model the change.
