EXCELerate Women in Leadership Workshop


EXCELerate Leadership Workshop for women is a 2-day experiential learning program designed based on personality styles. You will take part in activities, sharing knowledge and experiences with like-minded professionals.

This program will take an introspective look into different personality styles and help you identify your leadership potential and key strengths. You will discover how to effectively lead individuals by improving your skills in communication, cooperation, conflict management, motivation, mentoring and value-driven leadership. Gain a competitive advantage by being a better leader.

Who is it for?

What we’ll do:

Day 1 – 3rd of July, Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4 pm

  • Identify your inner, core and outer network
  • Create relationship molecules
  • Develop a Venn-diagram to check your value-behaviour alignment
  • Practice communication strategies
  • Take home tool kit and handouts to reinforce the learnings

Day 2 – 4th of July, Thursday from 8:30 am to 4 pm

  • Practice conflict de-escalation techniques
  • Create a vision board
  • Take a visualization walk
  • Build an ideal mentor
  • Practice mentor-mentee conversation
  • Take home tool kit and handouts to reinforce the learnings
