The next two videos introduce the eight Zooleaders and the EXCELerate Zooleader toolkit. The Zooleaders build on e-stimate’s extended DISC model. The tool can be used for self-assessments as well as for team building activities and leadership development. It is a powerful tool to shape your change management approach and change communication as well as to review and coach an individual’s change leadership performance.
