Independent Consultants: We understand the challenges of managing a business, and we value your entrepreneurial spirit. By joining our team, you can expand your clients and take on new strategic opportunities.
Flexibility: Our fast-paced environment requires individuals to be willing to adapt and pivot as needed. While working your lead, you will have the freedom to manage your workload and schedule. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Trello, and SharePoint is a plus.
Remote Work: Your office can be anywhere you choose. While most of our work is remote, occasional client site visits may be necessary. We strive for human connection even with our virtual team. As an independent consultant, you will invoice monthly based on the agreed deliverables and hours worked.

Sign Agreement

If the meeting goes well and we believe you're a good fit for our team, we'll extend an offer to join our independent consultant pool. This will include details about your engagement, payment terms and code of conduct.

Onboarding & Induction

Once all the paperwork is completed, you can start your Induction and work with us on project deliverables. Welcome to Approach Services!
