  • CTR-Based Delivery: We scope the work, define deliverables, and provide a clear estimate of Cost, Time, and Resources (CTR). Our engineers then take ownership of those deliverables—getting them done efficiently and to spec.
  • Secondment-Based Support: Need extra hands on deck? We embed our experienced engineers directly into your team under a time and materials agreement, so you get the capacity and capability you need, when you need it.
  • Remote Offshore Support: We offer remote project ngineering support for your offshore operations, including task plan development and documentation, to keep things moving even when you’re miles from shore.

Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR)

A leaking flowline connector at a subsea tree on the North West Shelf caused significant downtime and revenue loss. Sapura Energy needed a fast, safe and practical solution. We developed tools, conducted trials, and finalised an installation-ready plan. 

REAL RESULTS

Flowline connector on a wellhead replaced within just four weeks — a world-first.

Pipeline Inspection & Pigging

An Inteligent pigging campaign was required to clean a subsea pipeline and collect reliable data for pipeline integrity assessment. We designed the methodology, coordinated with stakeholders, and managed full project delivery with minimal disruption to operations.

 Pipeline inspection successfully executed as planned and reliable data was collected.

Pipeline Flushing & Suspension

To decommission a subsea pipeline safely, sustainably, and cost-effectively, our client needed to meet strict environmental standards. We developed and executed a flushing methodology, aligned stakeholders, and delivered project engineering and management through to offshore execution.

REAL RESULTS

Pipeline flushed to <30ppm Oil in Water, enabling safe cut and decom approval.
