Meet & Greet
If we feel that you are a good fit for the team, we will invite you for a meet & greet. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, discuss your experiences in change management, and answer any questions you might have about working with us.

Sign Independent Contractor Agreement
If the meeting goes well and we believe you're a good fit for our team, we'll extend an offer to join our independent consultant pool. This will include details about your engagement, payment terms and code of conduct.

Activate Agreement & Induction
Once all the paperwork is completed, you can start your Induction and work with us on project deliverables. Welcome to Approach Services!
